Working With Relationships

Firstly, relationship counselling is not limited to married heterosexual couples, but extends to ALL couples and to all other types of relationship including parent/child - if you are in a relationship and you are experiencing difficulties, it is possible that relationship counselling will help.


Often, when we reach difficulties, disagreements or stalemate in our relationships we work hard to convert our partners to our own way of thinking, feeling and behaving. In the process we tend to undervalue difference and individuality.


My work with relationships is Humanistic. This means that each person will receive unconditional positive support. I will support each of you in equal proportions - I will not take sides; I will not judge or punish.


In sessions we will explore each person's experience of the relationship from their own unique frame of reference and aim in the process to raise awareness of and understanding within the relationship, enhance communication and in turn facilitate change.



My therapy room is based in New Barn, near Longfield and is easily accessible to Gravesend, Northfleet, Greenhithe, Hartley, Meopham, New Ash Green and surrounding areas.
