Welcome to Longfield Counselling. My name is Lisa Ellis, I am a qualified Counsellor offering a confidential counselling service in the Gravesend & Dartford areas of Kent including Meopham, Longfield, Hartley, Northfleet, Southfleet and all surrounding areas.

Counselling is a journey of self discovery that aims to explore emotional conflicts and concerns; patterns of behaviour and negative thought processess with the aim of increasing self-awareness, enabling choice and facilitating change - Longfield Counselling is committed to providing therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with individuals on a one-to-one basis. I have experience of working with male, female, young and old. I have additional specialist training and experience of counselling young people and adolescents from the age of 11 years and also people with learning disabilities. However, each person is assessed for their individual requirements to ensure they receive the best available support.
